What Is the HSP Cold Air Intake Bundle?
This bundle combines two major performance upgrades: a Cold Air Intake and a VGT Intake Mouthpiece. These components replace restrictive factory parts that limit airflow and hinder your engines potential. With improved construction and design, this kit gives you a noticeable bump in power and engine response.
Cold Air Intake
Built from hand-fabricated, high-grade metal and featuring a 4.5" mandrel-bent intake tube, HSPs Cold Air Intake reduces turbulence and increases airflow. The included heat shield box protects the system from underhood heat, ensuring cooler and denser air reaches the turbo. On the dyno, this intake has shown gains of up to 20 HP and 58 lb-ft of torque. Cooler intake air means more power and better overall engine performance.
VGT Intake Mouthpiece
Hand-fabricated for smooth transitions and precise fitment, the VGT Intake Mouthpiece optimizes airflow between the intake and turbo. It uses a high-strength O-ring seal at the turbo inlet to prevent leaks and ensure maximum efficiency. This piece is essential for unlocking the full potential of your Cold Air Intake and improving throttle response and turbo spool-up.

How to verify: The 8th character of your VIN identifies the engine. The 10th character indicates the model year.
Includes the option to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the resonator box (PCV reroute sold separately, see part 003-1-HSP). When used on LLY-equipped Duramax trucks, the MAF must be rescaled for proper operation.

All approved cancellations or returns of special order items are subject to restocking fees, with some items subject to higher fees depending on supplier policies. Return Authorization (RA #) is required, and all return shipments must include tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
