Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of shipping, provided they are unused, in original manufacturer packaging, and in resalable condition.
All returns & cancellations are subject to restocking and cancellation fees.
On products with status "Contact for availability" please contact us before ordering to confirm availability. Orders placed without prior availability confirmation are subject to current lead times and our cancellation/restocking policy.
Returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and be shipped with tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Q&A
Q: does this come with tunes or do i need to buy those seperate?
A: The Auto Agent 3 device alone does not include tuning. Tunes are supplied separately. You can our tunes in "Tuning & Electronics" collection under your vehicle type. Contact us if you’re unsure which option you need.
Q: Do i need a laptop for this??
A: No laptop is needed for normal use. The Auto Agent works with the EZ LYNK Auto Agent app on a compatible Apple or Android phone or tablet.
Q: will this work on ANY diesel truck?
A: Compatibility depends on your truck’s year, engine and the functions you need. Send us your vehicle details before ordering so we can confirm the right device and tuning options.
Q: can i use it just for gauges without buying tuning?
A: Yes, you can use the Auto Agent for supported monitoring and diagnostic functions without purchasing custom tuning. Available readings depend on your vehicle and its sensors.
Q: How do the tunes get onto it? do you guys email a file?
A: Your vehicle is linked to your tuning provider (us) through the app. We make the purchased ECU profiles available to your account, which you download and install through the Auto Agent.
Q: my phone says NO INTERNET when connected to ez lynk is that normal?
A: Yes. The Auto Agent’s Wi-Fi network connects your phone to the vehicle, so that message is normal. You still need internet access for cloud functions such as downloading profiles.
Q: can my tuner see whats going on with the truck if im not at their shop?
A: You can record vehicle data and share it with your linked technician through the EZ LYNK system. This helps them review what the truck is doing without having it physically
