Thank you for your interest in becoming an authorized dealer with OCDiesel. By applying for and receiving wholesale access, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure clarity between both parties and help maintain the integrity of our dealer program.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify as an OCDiesel dealer, you must operate a legitimate, registered business. We may require valid business details such as your company name, business number, and tax ID where applicable. Personal or non-business applications will not be accepted. All submitted information must be accurate and up to date. OCDiesel reserves the right to accept or deny any application at its sole discretion.

2. Wholesale Access & Discount Code

Once approved, you will receive a unique dealer discount code that provides access to wholesale pricing.

• This code is exclusive to your business and is not to be shared, published, or distributed to retail customers or third parties.
• Abuse or unauthorized use of your dealer code may result in suspension or termination of your account.
  

3. Dropshipping Availability

We do offer dropshipping for approved dealers. If you choose to use this service:

• OCDiesel will ship directly to your customer on your behalf.
  
• No invoices, promotional material, or branding will be included unless requested.
• You are responsible for handling customer support, returns, and communication with your customer.
  

We recommend confirming product availability with our team before listing any items on your own website or offering them to customers, especially for dropship orders.

4. Product Availability

Please note that not all items listed on our website are physically stocked at our facility. Some products are shipped from partner warehouses or manufacturers and may be subject to delays or limited availability.

We do our best to keep inventory accurate, but stock levels and lead times can change quickly. We encourage you to contact us for real-time inventory checks before offering items for sale.

5. Pricing & MAP Compliance

You may set your own retail pricing unless the manufacturer enforces a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). If a MAP policy applies:

• You must comply with the minimum pricing rules set by the manufacturer.
• Repeated MAP violations may lead to a loss of access to specific brands or full dealer account termination.

While we strive to ensure all pricing on our website and dealer materials is accurate, OCDiesel reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or supplier error, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.

6. Ordering & Shipping

Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (Mon-Fri). Processing times can vary depending on stock status and the supplier.

• You are responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping method.
• OCDiesel is not liable for carrier delays, backorders, customs issues, or shipping errors once the product leaves our facility or our supplier’s warehouse.

7. Returns & Warranty Claims

All returns or warranty requests must be handled through OCDiesel, but your business is responsible for managing communication with your customer.

If an item is incorrect, defective, or damaged, please contact our team as soon as possible. Warranty and return policies differ by product and manufacturer, and we’ll work with you to process the request accordingly.

8. Custom Products, Tune Files & Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom or built-to-order products
• Digital tune files
• Electronic components (including sensors, control modules, programmers, etc.)

Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final once the order is placed or the file is delivered. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is deemed defective and covered under a manufacturer warranty.

As a dealer, it is your responsibility to clearly communicate this policy to your customers before purchase. OCDiesel will not accept returns or offer compensation for non-refundable items.

9. Termination of Dealer Status

Your dealer status may be revoked without notice for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Misuse or unauthorized sharing of your dealer code
• Providing false or misleading information
• Violating MAP policies
• Excessive return or chargeback activity
• Conduct that reflects poorly on OCDiesel or its partners
  

We reserve the right to review and cancel any dealer account that does not comply with these terms or fails to remain active over time.

9. Acknowledgment

By submitting your application and using your dealer discount, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. OCDiesel may update or modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
