Returns

Most items purchased through the OCD Shop are returnable and refundable. We will accept part & product returns within 30 days of being shipped.

Parts & product returns must be returned in MANUFACTURERS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, and be in new, resalable condition.

Parts & product returns, returned in poor condition, missing parts, or damaged product and /or packaging – Return is subject to refusal by Obsessive Compulsive Diesel Ltd.

Restocking Fees/Cancellations

  • A 5%-10% fee applies to ALL cancellations and returns made within 30 days.*
  • A 10%-25% fee applies to ALL cancellations and returns made within 31-60 days.*
  • No cancellations and returns beyond 60 days.

*May be subject to additional fees. Cancelled orders regardless of timeline or availability are still subject to fees.

Return Process

To return a product, ship it back to us with tracking; all return shipping costs for parts & product returns are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund. Please ensure your order number is written on the outside of the box to expedite the refund process.

Returns must be received within 21 days (3 weeks) for refunds/exchanges. Anything later than 3 weeks will be denied and cancelled.

Unclaimed or Returned Shipments

If an order is shipped and not picked up from the courier or depot, resulting in the package being returned to us, the original + additional return shipping charges will apply.

If you choose to pick up your order in-store after it has already been shipped, the shipping fees from the original + return shipment will also be applicable.

Part & product returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA #). Returns without an RA #, will result in delay of any refund.

Obsessive Compulsive Diesel Ltd reserves the right to amend its ‘Refund Policy’ at any time.

Refund are to ONLY refunded to original payment method.
