Shipping
Orders will normally be shipped within 24 to 72 hours (3 business days) of receipt of order and payment.
Please note - Not all product on our website is stocked at our facility. Items with "Contact for availability" status may be subject to delays.
Tune Files are only processed Monday - Friday 8am-5pm MST (Edmonton time).
They may take 24-48 hours to be delivered depending on order volume.
Shipping Types
Standard
Slower delivery and lower rate. Depending on availability, usually ships in 5-7 days.
Shipping costs may vary based on location, order size, and shipping method. Additional charges may apply for remote locations, special handling, or multiple items in a single order.
Priority
Faster deliver and higher rate. Depending on availability, usually ships in 1-2 business days depending on availability.
Large/Heavy Items
Large/Heavy items (i.e., Turbos, Transmissions, Exhaust Systems, Torque Converters, etc.) may be subject to additional shipping charges. This can vary by location and shipping type. If multiple items are ordered, heavy item charges may apply to each applicable item.
Shipping costs may vary based on location, order size, and shipping method. Additional charges may apply for remote locations, special handling, or multiple items in a single order.
Please note: Oils and fluids may be subject to additional shipping fees due to their nature and handling requirements.
Any fees related to shipping are non-refundable.
Unclaimed or Returned Shipments
If an order is shipped and not picked up from the courier or depot, resulting in the package being returned to us, the original + additional return shipping charges will apply.
If you choose to pick up your order in-store after it has already been shipped, the shipping fees from the original + return shipment will also be applicable.
Please note - These are shipping estimates from our warehouse on in-stock items. Special order and non-stocking items will have varying delivery times with the same rates.
No PO Boxes will be accepted.
Shipping to a rural address?
Address must include a land description – no PO Boxes. Remote locations* may be subject to additional shipping charges and delays.
Shipping outside of Canada and USA?
Please contact one of our Sales and Service Advisors – they would be happy to provide you with international rates.
Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be provided to you. Please contact the shipper directly while your order is in transit.
Your invoice will be emailed to you upon checkout, please keep a copy for your records. Should the product need to be returned, a packing list will be shipped with your order.
OCDiesel holds no responsibility for lost, delayed, and misdelivered shipments due to incorrect delivery information.
OCDiesel reserves the right to amend its ‘Shipping Policy’ at any time.

In-store Pickup
Products not typically stocked in our warehouse may be subject to a shipping fee.
Make sure to have a copy of your confirmation email & a piece of Photo I.D. when you come to collect your order.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is optional and may be added in cart.
If shipping insurance is not purchased, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they have been shipped. By declining shipping insurance, the customer accepts full responsibility for the shipment after it leaves our facility.
If shipping insurance is purchased, coverage applies to the declared value of the order for loss or theft during transit. Any insurance claim is subject to the carrier and insurer’s investigation process, which may require additional time to complete. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the claim is approved.
Shipping insurance charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.
