Orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to tariffs, import duties, and customs fees imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by OCDiesel.

For Canadian Customers

Most products sold on our website are stocked in Canada and are not subject to additional tariffs.

However, special order items imported from the United States may be subject to tariffs, import duties, and brokerage fees.

Any additional charges related to importing special order items will be the responsibility of the customer.

We will notify you before processing a special order if tariffs or import fees may apply.

Refusing to pay tariffs or import duties may result in the order being returned or held at customs. In such cases, OCDiesel is not liable for any additional shipping fees or penalties.

Canada Post Strike

CUPW has once again ordered a strike effective immediately with no prior notice and no given end date. We are no longer shipping to PO Boxes or with Canada Post for the sake of our customers receiving their orders in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, the ripple effects in the shipping market mean longer ship times and some carrier cost increases. While we always opt for the quickest method for our customers, wait times may be longer. Once we have fulfilled your order you will get a tracking number emailed to you, and we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier for any shipping delay inquires.
