It is highly recommended to monitor EGTs on Levels 4 & 5.

So far it’s terrible

It’s been three weeks and they still have not resolved my tuning issue.

We understand your frustration, but we were unable to proceed with further support until the questions we asked on February 11th were answered—something we only received a response to today, February 25th. Once we had the necessary information, our team instantly provided support. After further troubleshooting, it became clear that the issue was unrelated to the tune file and was due to a user installation error that we helped remedy. As per our last communication, everything is now working perfectly fine.
