2021-2025 Duramax 3.0L HP Tuners E66 ECM Global B Unlock Service (ECM-GB-E66-U)
HP Tuners is now offering support for the GM Global B E66 ECM found in various 2021+ GM vehicles powered by the 3.0L Duramax engine (LM2 and LZ0 generations, models listed below). This one-time, send-in upgrade service is required to capabilities in VCM Suite (BETA).

This is a send-in service which means you must first send us your original ECM. Please read this page in its entirety before purchasing.
This one-time service upgrades your original E66 ECM (Global B generation only) and is required for tuning using HP Tuners’ software. Users must physically remove their original E66 ECM from their vehicle and ship it to HP Tuners’ headquarters for servicing. Once upgraded, users have full access to calibrate, log, and scan via the OBDII port.
- No need for an IMMO Relearn, Crank Relearn, or to perform the “Replace ECM” Function in VCM Scanner on the stock ECM.
Everything you need to tune your E66 ECM vehicle with HP Tuners:
- This one-time, send-in GM E66 ECM Service (Global B) (upgrade service).
- Download the latest version of VCM Suite BETA for free.
- Once upgraded, purchase (6) Universal Credits to license your E66 ECM/vehicle.
- GM Global B vehicle support is only compatible with our MPVI3 or MPVI4 interface.
Universal Credits for licensing are not included in the cost of any upgrade service or purchase. Credits must be purchased separately. Note: This direct OBDII upgrade is ONLY available for 2018-2023 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 6.6L Duramax trucks. 2017 models still require either the send-in upgrade service or the GM E41 ECM Upgrade Kit.

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of shipping, provided they are unused, in original manufacturer packaging, and in resalable condition.
All returns & cancellations are subject to restocking and cancellation fees.
On products with status "Contact for availability" please contact us before ordering to confirm availability. Orders placed without prior availability confirmation are subject to current lead times and our cancellation/restocking policy.
Returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and be shipped with tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
