2011-2014 Powerstroke 6.7L KC Warlock Retrofit Turbo Kit
This complete turbo and install kit will give you the ability to upgrade your 2011-2014 6.7 Powerstroke to the 2017+ style turbo. The 2017+ style journal bearing turbo is known for its robust reliability and noted for overcoming most of the shortcomings of the stock 2011-2014 ball bearing turbo. Until now, the only way to update your 6.7 Powerstroke to the newer style turbo, was an overly complicated "retrofit kit" from Ford Racing. We have designed the KC Warlock turbo to retrofit onto your engine in a fraction of the time and with much less modification than the Ford Racing Retrofit kit.
Three turbo options are available in this kit. Stages 1 & 2 KC Whistler turbo for moderate towing and street performance, Garrett F250/350 turbo for those who prefer to keep things stock.

Tyler Jensen I bought a low mileage 2011 F350 a few years ago and previous owner had done all the deletes and easy bolt on mods (exhaust, airbox, cold side CAC pipe, H&S tuner). Bought the truck and was a great truck until the factory turbo failed unexpectedly heading out camping last month with only 155k on the odometer. Since I use my truck for work and play I did my research on what would be the most reliable repair/upgrade and learned the 2017+ turbo's are far superior design. I also found out that upgrading to the new style turbo would also require upgrading my tuner, and also decided to upgrade every part possible (within reason) between the heads and the turbo to eliminate as many potential problems to keep my truck on the road.
Ended up choosing the KC Warlock turbo kit w/ factory lower intake manifold as it was $3k cheaper and 5 weeks faster to get than the Ford Racing 2017+ upgrade kit. I saved enough on the turbo kit to pay for my 2011-2014 BD manifolds, 2011-2014 PPE up pipes, EZ Lynk tuner w/ CCS tunes and Edge CTS3 for engine monitoring. First tank of fuel with the new turbo, parts and tunes I averaged 14.9L/100km towing my full sized skid steer and EGT's never went over 950*F. Thanks Moe and everyone else at OCDiesel for making my truck run better than before the turbo failed!
