2004.5-2005 Duramax LLY Pusher SuperMax Intake System w/ HD Driver-side Charge Tube (PGD0405SKT)
The Pusher SuperMax Intake System is a one-piece, patent-pending, true "Y" design that properly guides air into each cylinder head. In order to produce beautiful welds and ensure optimal penetration without impacting airflow, Pusher has fully TIG welded this entire system with precise settings and 3" mandrel-bent tubing. They also have designed this piece to follow a 17% shorter flow path than the OEM parts being replaced. Combine these features and you will supply your engine with 202% more air!
The Pusher Max 3" Driver-side Charge tube has been engineered to provide your engine with 86.4% more air! This is made possible from Pusher utilizing their Fully Tig welded mandrel-bent tubing that follows a 9% shorter and more efficient flow path. This system won't rub on the driver-side inner fender or any other engine bay components like other designs tend to do. Then to top it off, this charge tube will also eliminate the problematic curved factory coupler at the intercooler inlet!

If you have previously not done an EGR delete, you WILL need an EGR Cooler Bypass Kit as well. For an additional charge, you are able to choose from various powder coat colours and extra ports. This product is NOT emissions compliant and is intended for off-road use only. This kit is compatible and highly recommended with the Pusher Max Compound Turbo System
