The ARP Diesel Custom Age 625+ Head Stud Kit 230-4202 is the ultimate head stud kit for high horsepower 2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax engines. ARP has provided an extra measure of security in the form of extra-strong head studs manufactured from the firm's proprietary Custom Age 625+ material that has a minimum rating of 260,000 psi tensile strength. They are engineered to provide the clamping force required to keep cylinder heads from lifting due to exceptionally high combustion pressures and horsepower levels.
The studs are manufactured in ARPs Santa Paula, CA plant, with threads rolled after heat-treating to provide optimum fatigue strength. They are centerless ground to assure perfect concentricity. The ends of the studs are broached to acilitate easy installation. This feature also enables the cylinder head to be removed in tight quarters.

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of shipping, provided they are unused, in original manufacturer packaging, and in resalable condition. All returns & cancellations are subject to restocking and cancellation fees.
Returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and be shipped with tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
