The OptiTorque Technologies 10341P 12mm Patriot Head Stud Kit from OCD is the kit you need to replace the factory head bolts on your Dodge Ram 5.9/6.7L Diesel. OptiTorque offers multiple grades of material for various applications. Studs and bolts are made from high-quality domestically melted premium steels. The steel bars are cold worked to enhance mechanical properties and eliminate surface impurities. OptiTorque fasteners undergo a proprietary heat-treatment process, enabling them to achieve higher tensile strengths while maintaining toughness. Fasteners are centerless ground for concentricity and to eliminate any surface defects from heat treating. Threads are roll formed on the hardened fasteners. After threading, the fasteners are stress relieved, deburred, and plated or polished to meet the packaging requirements of each customer.
