2023-2026 Powerstroke 6.7L PPE Differential Cover Front (338041500)
This cast A356-T6 aluminum differential cover replaces the factory stamped steel piece with something that actively improves gear lubrication and dissipates fluid heat more effectively. It's engineered specifically for the Dana M235 axle geometry and holds more fluid volume than stock without changing the approach angle.
- Robust A356-T6 heat treated cast aluminum construction
- External fins maximize cooling performance and add strength
- Internal scrapers prevent excessive churning: reducing heat, aeration, and power loss
- Triangulated gussets add rigidity to gear housing
- High-power neodymium magnet-equipped, billet stainless steel service plugs
