The Edge Evolution CTS4 for 2020–2023 Chevy Silverado HD and GMC Sierra HD 6.6L L5P Duramax combines powerful diesel performance tuning, 10-speed transmission tuning, and next-generation digital monitoring in one advanced, easy-to-use device. Delivering gains of up to 125 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque at the tires, Evolution CTS4 provides stronger acceleration, improved throttle response, optimized shifting, and better overall drivability for daily driving, towing, and performance.
The included Edge Locksmith tool provides an in-vehicle ECM and TCM unlock, giving you access to pre-loaded, emissions-friendly calibrations without removing the modules from the truck. Choose from four performance levels. Economy (+50 HP/+100 LB-FT), Towing (+75 HP/+160 LB-FT), Performance (+90 HP/+180 LB-FT), and Extreme (+125 HP/+275 LB-FT) to match your L5P Duramax to the way you drive. Adjustable Throttle Boost lets you fine-tune pedal sensitivity for even sharper response.
Evolution CTS4 also includes 10-speed transmission calibrations designed to complement the engine tuning. Optimized shift strategies improve shift timing, shift feel, power delivery, and towing performance, helping you get more from the Allison 10-speed whether the truck is empty or working hard with a trailer behind it.
The CTS4 L5P Duramax tuner and monitor keeps critical truck data within easy reach. Monitor supported parameters including DPF soot level, miles since last regeneration, EGT, boost, fluid temperatures, and other engine and drivetrain data through customizable digital gauges. Set custom alerts and warnings, log vehicle data, and read and clear supported diagnostic trouble codes directly from the CTS4.
Beyond performance tuning and monitoring, CTS4 provides access to supported truck-specific features including 26–38-inch tire size calibration, speed and rev limiter adjustments, 600–1,800 RPM Idle Up, manual DPF regeneration, Allison Transmission Relearn, and the ability to remember supported drive mode, exhaust brake, Tow/Haul, and grade braking settings. Compatible EAS sensors and camera options can further expand your monitoring capabilities.
Edge calibrations are developed to provide clean, efficient, DPF-friendly performance while retaining the truck's emissions equipment. Evolution CTS4 does not support the removal or disabling of emissions equipment.
