The OptiTorque Technologies 11087 TorqueMaster Head Stud Kit provides greater clamping force than the factory bolts in your Dodge Ram 6.7L diesel. Each fastener is manufactured from domestically remelted, micro alloyed, American manufactured high strength steel. Every fastener is then heat treated and goes through a proprietary tempering process to achieve an optimized fine grain structure. Centerless grinding before thread rolling in the hardened state ensures every fastener has the highest mechanical strength properties and is perfectly concentric. The fasteners feature a bottoming boss to properly accommodate blind holes, eliminating the need to buy special tools to prohibit or "hold" the fastener from rotation during installation.
The OptiTorque Torque Master Head Stud Kit uses all available OEM threads to distribute stress loads and are fully stress relieved before centerless grinding for maximum straightness. The Torque Master series of fasteners feature the greatest stretch area in their price class, optimizing clamp load and cycle fatigue properties. These studs also feature a recessed hex to help with installation and removal. All fasteners are hot temperature oiled and brilliant black oxide coated for protection. This kit also includes precision ground load distributing washers and forged high-strength heat treated 12-point nuts, ensuring a uniform clamp load. Every kit contains True Torq+ fastener assembly lubricant, installation procedures, and a warranty information card. All components are manufactured with pride in the USA.

Returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and be shipped with tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
