Les clients peuvent acheter des licences VIN supplémentaires pour régler des contrôleurs supplémentaires. En fonction du dispositif de réglage, il existe une capacité maximale d'emplacement de licence VIN. Lors de l'achat d'un dispositif de réglage physique, une licence VIN est incluse.

INSTRUCTIONS POUR TROUVER UNE SÉRIE ET UNE AUTH
- Connectez votre appareil FlashScan V2 ou AutoCal V2 à votre PC.
- Démarrez l'application EFILive Scan and Tune.
- Cliquez sur le bouton F7 : Licences dans le volet de gauche.
- Le numéro de série sera affiché dans le champ Numéro de série.
- Cliquez sur le bouton F3 : VIN dans le volet de gauche.
- Cliquez sur le bouton [Générer le code d'authentification] . Le code d'authentification sera affiché dans le champ Code d'authentification : . Remarque : Un code d'authentification n'est pas applicable à un produit Scan Only, mais uniquement aux appareils dotés d'une licence Tuning Option.
- Si vous générez le numéro de série et le code d'authentification pour passer une commande de licence VIN, le nombre de licences VIN supplémentaires pouvant être achetées pour l'appareil doit être supérieur à zéro. Lorsque les emplacements de licence disponibles sont nuls, les clients ne pourront pas générer de code d'authentification pour commander des licences VIN tant que le nombre d'emplacements de licence VIN n'aura pas augmenté. Les tuners gèrent le nombre maximum d'emplacements de licence VIN pour leurs clients AutoCal.

Packaging:

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order status by logging into your OCDiesel account.

We ship to the USA! (Except California) Please note that USA shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply.
Not all products are stocked in-house. To ensure you receive your desired items promptly, please check for availability before placing your order. Some products may be backordered due to high demand or supply chain constraints, which could result in longer delivery times.

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of shipping, provided they are unused, in original manufacturer packaging, and in resalable condition.
All returns & cancellations are subject to restocking and cancellation fees.
On products with status "Contact for availability" please contact us before ordering to confirm availability. Orders placed without prior availability confirmation are subject to current lead times and our cancellation/restocking policy.
Returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and be shipped with tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom/special orders, electronics, and digital goods are final sale—no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
