Warranty Terms

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products are sold subject solely to the warranty, if any, provided by the original manufacturer. We do not provide or extend any separate warranty on third-party products.

All warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, exclusions, approval and claim procedures. We may assist with a warranty claim as a courtesy; however, we do not have authority to approve, deny, modify or guarantee the outcome of any manufacturer warranty claim.

Unless specifically covered and approved by the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with diagnosis, removal, installation, labour, shipping, towing, downtime and related expenses.

Warranty coverage may be denied by the manufacturer for reasons including improper installation, misuse, abuse, modification, improper application, lack of maintenance or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, special or consequential losses arising from product failure or a manufacturer’s denial, delay or administration of a warranty claim.
