Bénéficiant de plus de 3,4 fois la surface d'application de l'embrayage de verrouillage par rapport au stock (8,7 pouces contre 29,7 pouces) et répartissant la charge sur trois zones d'application de surface distinctes, les convertisseurs à triple disque de SunCoast sont sûrs de mettre toute la puissance au sol. En commençant par un morceau d'acier solide, le couvercle est usiné selon des spécifications exactes. Utilisant la conception exclusive des dents trapézoïdales de SunCoast, la partie de verrouillage du convertisseur est parfaitement intégrée au couvercle, éliminant ainsi un point faible et une source commune de broutage.
Un piston d'application de verrouillage amélioré est capable de transférer une pression beaucoup plus élevée à l'embrayage de verrouillage sans sacrifier la durabilité. Au lieu du capuchon de stator/entretoise de butée en plastique de style usine, SunCoast utilise un roulement à rouleaux Torrington en métal, qui est mieux adapté pour supporter la chaleur, ainsi que l'usure. L'ensemble turbine est renforcé TIG et traité thermiquement. Cela augmente de façon exponentielle sa durée de vie dans des conditions difficiles. Special order items are custom-ordered specifically for you and are not eligible for cancellation or return once the order has been placed. If an exception is granted, the item must be unused, in original manufacturer packaging, and in resalable condition.
All approved cancellations or returns of special order items are subject to restocking fees, with some items subject to higher fees depending on supplier policies. Return Authorization (RA #) is required, and all return shipments must include tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
