Le lubrifiant d'assemblage à haute viscosité (HVL) fournit un film tenace mais fluide pour protéger les composants alternatifs et rotatifs pendant l'assemblage et le rodage initial. Ce produit non moussant se mélange à l'huile de rodage et étend l'épaisseur du film d'huile pendant le processus critique de rodage. Fortifié avec ZDDP. Appliquer sur les roulements de moteur, les jupes de piston, les bagues, les chaînes et engrenages de distribution, ainsi que les engrenages de pompe à huile. HVL ne durcira pas et ne rendra pas les pièces « collantes ».
