BD-Built Performance injectors are assembled using OE procedures and fully calibrated and tested to ensure perfect operation. Performance injectors increase fuel quantity between 33%-53%, which equates to approximately 60hp-120hp.

  • Every injector receives a new Bosch nozzle and control valve.
  • All injectors tested and validated on a Bosch 815 test bench. Over 8 operating conditions tested.
  • Manufactured by Bosch trained technician
  • Precision Calibrated to a flow tolerance of +/-2% versus the OEM at +/-5%
  • OE quality nozzles are extrude honed
  • 33%, 43% or 53% over - approximately 60hp-120hp
  • Premium injectors are remanufactured using brand new Bosch OE Nozzle, Solenoid and Control Valve

  • Manufacturing and material defects only covered. Cracks caused by high fuel pressure not covered. High Return flow not covered after 12 months on Performance Injectors
